Return Information
Return Policy
Please examine all items upon receipt. If for any reason you are not 100%
satisfied, call Gardner Support Department within 7 business days of
shipment for exchange, full merchandise refund or credit:

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time Zone
Gardner Support Department will assign to your order a Return Authorization Number
(R.A.N.) to facilitate the return of the item.
Gardner Audiology will not consider any claim for damaged, defective or missing items more than 7 business days from the original date of shipment.
Gardner Audiology reserves the right to refuse a return if
the item is determined to have been damaged or abused, or to charge
a minimum of 15% restocking fee if item is returned without the
original packing materials, instruction manual and warranty
card.
In order to receive a refund, the item must be in the original carton
and in "like new" condition, with all parts, and the instruction
manual. If this criteria is not met, Gardner Audiology reserves the
right to refuse the return or to issue an in-store credit instead of a
refund.
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the
outside of the package or on the shipping label.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
The shipping charge is not refundable and a C.O.D. return will
not be accepted.
Return Items
1. Complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment.
2. Carefully repack the item using its original packing materials and carton.
3. Enclose any manual, warranty card and the Return form.
4. Place the packed item in a shipping box for protection.
5. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or on
the shipping label.
Gardner Audiology should receive the item no later than seven (7)
business days from issuing the R.A.N.
We advise that you request delivery confirmation for your protection.

Damaged / Defective Item
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or defective, please keep all packaging materials.
Call Gardner Audiology to:
1. Report that you have received a damaged or defective item.
2. Request a replacement item.
DO NOT ship the package back to Gardner Audiology until
you receive the replacement item and a pre-paid return
shipping label.
